This fall you have the opportunity to attend a series of workshops on how to write historical fiction. Presented in person by Linda Ulleseit, Katie Stine, Anne Beggs, and Vanitha Sankaran, these interactive workshops will give you a firm start on your own novel. All workshops will be held at Bookish Modesto, an independent bookstore in Modesto, California. They will all be held on Sunday afternoons from 1:00-4:00, and attendees will receive a free copy of our book Crafting Stories From the Past.
Session One: Researching Your Novel will be held on October 12, 2025
Session Two: Digging Into Your Historical World will be held on October 26, 2025
Session Three: Expanding on History will be held on November 9
